Our approach

A Clear Process. A Useful Outcome.

Your leadership should understand what happens, what is needed, and what comes next—at every stage.

01 / Your next step

Start with a Conversation

Tell us about your church, the people involved, and the systems you rely on. We identify the appropriate package and any complexity that needs a custom scope.

02 / Your next step

Agree on the Scope

Before work begins, we confirm systems, owners, methods, work windows, deliverables, costs, and what is excluded. Access permission and permission to make changes are separate.

03 / Your next step

Review the Evidence

We examine the agreed configurations and practices, speak with the right people, and document observed gaps. Missing evidence remains an open question, not a passed control.

04 / Your next step

Give Leadership a Clear Plan

We present findings, explain the priorities, and provide a 30/60/90-day roadmap. You receive an optional implementation proposal alongside your report.

05 / Your next step

Choose How to Improve

Use your staff, your existing provider, or our team. Any work we perform has an approved scope, defined costs, and agreed completion criteria.

06 / Your next step

Prepare the People

Choose a staff briefing, half-day workshop, or full-day on-site training program. Rehearse offensive attack scenarios and defensive responses with the people responsible for accounts, finances, information, and leadership decisions.

07 / Your next step

Verify and Keep Current

Every assessment includes one verification pass for priority original fixes submitted within 60 days. A scheduled security partnership can help maintain evidence, track actions, and review relevant threat and platform guidance.

What You’ll Need to Get Started

A leadership sponsor, a technical contact or IT provider, a general system inventory, and access to the agreed settings or redacted evidence. We do not need passwords, full donor databases, counseling notes, or children’s record contents to begin a conversation.

Build a Defense Worthy of Your Mission.

Start with a clear view of your risks, a practical plan, and the right preparation for your people.
